"Ivna provides as much comfort as she can, small details like enough towels, sanitary pads, make up remover pads, adequate bins in the room, a common kitchen downstairs that is well equipped but also stocked with essentials like coffee, some condiments etc. she also allowed a late check out as the next guests were not arriving early and this made all the difference to us."
